We planted a sunflower this year (thanks for the seed sets papa & gg).
The kids had a blast pulling the seeds out. I guess it one of those things like popping bubble wrap or peeling sunburned skin or something.
now what do we do with them? Brad isn't sure he trusts them enough to eat them, the kids want to plant more next year, or we can put them out as bird seed. hmmm
ha ha Brad....well I guess you can never be too safe. On the other hand, you have grown some mighty delish tomatoes, so I say EAT some and grow the others
